6Do you offer other metal forming options?
We offer both hydroforming and flowforming machine technology form leading machine manufacturers. These are highly specialised and technical processes. Hydroforming process – A blank with a closed form internally pressured using fluid and using an external die to form the desired shape. This process is now widely used in automotive products eliminating costly tooling and material waste. Flowforming – Very similar to conventional metal spinning. The main difference is metal spinning uses relatively thin material and produces the shape of a finished part from the diameter of the starting blank. Flowforming produces a finished shape by working from the thickness of the starting blank creating a part considerably thinner than the starting thickness.
