The design team have many years experience and understand how important it is to have a solid design that meets the intended purpose as well as keeping in mind the restrictive financial constraints that can be present in the demanding pressed metal market place.
Meeting financial limitations and deadlines requires the design team to have the latest software tools at their disposal. Our CAD system is constantly upgraded to ensure our team have the latest software at their disposal.
 By the use of e-mail and the many varied forms of translators available (ie IGES, DXF, STEP etc) information can be easily passed between the customer and the design team to greatly increase the efficiency at which the design process operates.
Our aim is to get the design 100% correct before any machining takes place. By using solid modelling CAD software it gives us a greater opportunity to eliminate any potential problem areas prior to manufacture.
