Metal Form Group is the Australasian agent for Decade Press Monitoring Systems (UK). The Decade range includes basic load monitoring systems through to fully automated press control systems.
If you require fully automatic metal stamping or metal pressing then a monitoring system is a must. The Decade 160 unit can control all your sensor inputs and cam outputs within a modern ergonomically designed control panel. This can be incorporated into your own control system or be mounted on a mobile pedestal near the press. Information from the monitor can be feed back to a master PC so the office can have a fully detailed report on the presses operation.
Metal Form Group have also made available a low cost alternative load monitor called Guard Pro. The units can be supplied in a 2 or 4 point configuration and can be easily retrofit onto existing presses. This will protect against the overloading and damage of presses and dies.
